On 25th January 2010, the Monitoring Committee of the Baltic Sea Region Programme approved a new version of the Programme Manual.
The reason why an amendment has been made is the update of the Operational Programme (concerning eligibility of partners) as well as a better specification of rules (e.g. preparation costs, indicators).
The amended Programme Manual (version 4.2) is available here.
